Great product but unnecessarily wrapped in plastic

The Hazel fence panels are great and arrived on time. However, a product designed for outdoor use does not need to be wrapped in plastic and tape.

Hazel Hurdle Fence Panel 4ft

The panels are superb - even better than I had hoped. Strong, robust and heavy. I expect them to last for years. The company is a joy to deal with and, believe me, I had plenty of dealings with Pavel, a delightful gent who's PR would put most other companies to shame!
Prestige Wicker use a delivery company called Shift, and they are totally shambolic in my view, having mislaid one of my three packages. Pavel was on the case immediately and was in contact with me several times a day until finally, a week later, the two missing panels were delivered. Having delivered them, Shift were saying they still couldn't find them! Hardly surprising really! Prestige tell me that their delivery carrier options are limited due to bulk and cost which is a shame.
I will just say again how happy I am with the panels and with Prestige Wicker. I will use the them again if I need to and certainly recommend them and their product.
