First off, the fences are great. Sturdy, heavy, obviously well-made. No fault in the merchandise.
The delivery wasn’t great in comparison. The initial date I was emailed (from the delivery company) was both non-specific about a timespan other than 0800-1800 on a working weekday and had no realtime tracking option. I tried to accommodate, and asked a neighbour to keep an ear out when I needed to pop out for obligatory chores. By the end of the allotted time, no one had attempted to deliver. I tried to contact the delivery team, but they had closed for the day at this point.
I then had to wait the whole weekend to find out if the delivery had been attempted, abandoned, or needed to be rebooked. Eventually I had a generic email which gave me the same 0800-1800 slot, again, on weekday; I had to go to work and asked my neighbours to keep an eye out on my behalf. Mid-afternoon I had a call from a neighbour to say the fence panels had been delivered without acknowledgement, and they’d just been left up against the house (which is on a main thoroughfare pavement, next to a main road).
In short, fantastic product, bit of a shambles delivery. Might put me off from purchasing in the future on the off-chance the delivery company leave the purchase outside the house for anyone to have access to.
