This traditional pet carrier is suitable for cats, small dogs and other pets. Incorporating a lattice handle and an intricate, decorative woven pattern, this carrier is simply stunning.

Well made but design could be tweaked

Our basket has just arrived and it looks great. I'd suggest a couple of tweaks to the design could make this more practical though. One being that handles on each of the sides would make it more robust to move with 2 cats inside. The second being that the twig that you insert between 2 loops that secures the basket shut is not going to be the easiest manoeuvre when I'm trying to lock 2 cats inside - maybe 2 latches would make it easier? Anyway basket is lovely but it may not be the most practical.

Woven Hurdle

Very nice woven hurdle at a very good price. Easy ordering and unproblematic delivery.

Wonderful Fences, Iffy Delivery

First off, the fences are great. Sturdy, heavy, obviously well-made. No fault in the merchandise.

The delivery wasn’t great in comparison. The initial date I was emailed (from the delivery company) was both non-specific about a timespan other than 0800-1800 on a working weekday and had no realtime tracking option. I tried to accommodate, and asked a neighbour to keep an ear out when I needed to pop out for obligatory chores. By the end of the allotted time, no one had attempted to deliver. I tried to contact the delivery team, but they had closed for the day at this point.

I then had to wait the whole weekend to find out if the delivery had been attempted, abandoned, or needed to be rebooked. Eventually I had a generic email which gave me the same 0800-1800 slot, again, on weekday; I had to go to work and asked my neighbours to keep an eye out on my behalf. Mid-afternoon I had a call from a neighbour to say the fence panels had been delivered without acknowledgement, and they’d just been left up against the house (which is on a main thoroughfare pavement, next to a main road).

In short, fantastic product, bit of a shambles delivery. Might put me off from purchasing in the future on the off-chance the delivery company leave the purchase outside the house for anyone to have access to.
